Grape varieties: Viosinho (40%). Rabigato (30%) and Gouveio (30%).
Aroma: Fresh and pleasant, features mineral notes, citrus and light floral.
Flavor: Balanced with good acidity and persistence.
Vinification: Open nozzle method with fermentation with temperature control at 15ºC.
Consumer suggestions: It accompanies light dishes of medium structure, such as salads, fish, seafood and soft cheese. Should be served at 6ºC.
